CLUBS AND MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Club Members: If you would like to make any changes you must email your changes by the changes by the 15th of the month prior to the shipping date (firstname.lastname@example.org). There may be pickup parties planned in advance with live music and special happenings. We will definitely notify you at least a month in advance.
Club and Cocktail Club Members: Griffo will charge the spirit club subscription amount plus shipping unless otherwise communicated (email@example.com) plus any applicable taxes to the credit card you provide to us when you consent to enrollment in the spirit club subscription program. If you request a pick up, we require pick up within 90 days. If your package is not picked up we will refund your card minus a $35 restocking fee. Failure to pickup may result in cancellation of membership.
Your chosen Spirit Club or Cocktail Kit subscription will continue in effect on a regular basis unless and until you cancel your spirit club subscription. You must cancel your spirit club subscription before the 15th day of that pickup month in order to avoid being charged for the allotment and avoid the $35 restocking fee. You can cancel your spirit club subscription by simply emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
