Make just one or prebatch on a mason jar and refrigerate. Then pull it out as the guests arrive, pour a serving or two in an iced shaker, shake it vigorously and strain to a Nick and Nora glass (any glass will do). Garnish with a touch of mint, a candied ginger or a skinny lime peel.

Thai Iced Coffee Cocktail Kit

2 oz Griffo Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur

.5 oz Runamok Ginger Mule Syrup

.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz Water

Lime Peel, candied ginger or mint sprig for garnish

Combine Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, syrup, lime juice in shaker
Shake vigorously for at least 45 seconds strain up to Nick and Nora Glass
Garnish with lime, mint or ginger
