Make just one or prebatch on a mason jar and refrigerate. Then pull it out as the guests arrive, pour a serving or two in an iced shaker, shake it vigorously and strain to a Nick and Nora glass (any glass will do). Garnish with a touch of mint, a candied ginger or a skinny lime peel.
Thai Iced Coffee Cocktail Kit
2 oz Griffo Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
.5 oz Runamok Ginger Mule Syrup
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Water
Lime Peel, candied ginger or mint sprig for garnish
- Combine Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, syrup, lime juice in shaker
- Shake vigorously for at least 45 seconds strain up to Nick and Nora Glass
- Garnish with lime, mint or ginger
