What is the minimum volume?
800 wine gallons (yields approximately 2 barrels of brandy)
Can I use my own label?
Yes.
How long does the process take?
The distillation process is quite simple, and can be scheduled based on the volume. Winemakers are invited to join during the distillation to taste and collaborate on the finishing.
Will I need a spirits license?
No, this is all covered within your Type 02 Winemakers License.
Does Griffo offer storage and bottling services?
Yes.
What else could my wine be transformed into?
Ask us about grappa, grape spirit, grape neutral spirit (vodka), RTD cocktails, gin, wine barrel finished whiskey, etc. A spirits could be needed, but let's discuss.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Griffo offers flexible production minimums that vary by product type.. Our state-of-the-art distillation, blending, lab, and packaging facilities are built for customizable runs up to 31,000 L+
Do you offer Organic production capabilities?
Yes, Griffo Distillery is a USDA organic certified production facility. We can help brands adhere to strict USDA regulations in order to certify products as organic.
Do you offer co-packing options?
Yes, Griffo offers full packaging capabilities with various bottle and can sizes. Carbonation, nitrogen and velcorin dosing services are available.
What services do you offer?
We offer full service recipe development and co-packing services for non-alcoholic or alcohol based ready-to-drink canned beverages or bottled beverages. We can also assist with your bulk spirits supply or custom grain-to-glass recipe, as well as supply chain and sourcing.
Do you assist with TTB approval?
We offer TTB support and guidance with formula and COLA/ label submission. We also have close partnerships with 3rd party professionals for more in-depth legal and compliance support.
