Demeter’s Folly Cocktail Recipe

• 2 oz Griffo Stony Point Whiskey
• .25 oz El Guapo Sweet Potato Syrup
• .5 oz Liber & Co Fig Syrup
• .75 oz Fresh Lemon  
• 3 Dashes Bitter Girl Walnut Bitters
  

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake vigorously for 20 seconds, & serve over a large cube. Garnish with dehydrated lemon or fresh fig. This homage to our beloved “Catcher in the Rye” features bursting fall flavors combined with a tangy lemon zest that is best enjoyed without abandon and amongst friends.
