Based in Petaluma, California, Griffo produces a variety of premium spirits and seasonal creations. From the Sonoma Meyer lemons in Scott Street Gin, voted America's Greatest London Dry Gin 2025 by The Gin Guild, to Marin's Equator Coffees in Griffo Espresso Martini RTD, all are beautifully balanced and complex.

Griffo special-ordered our still from Kentucky legends Vendome Copper & Brass in what the fourth-generation family of makers says was a first: we asked them to add several ports so we could capture more data throughout the distillation process. The result? Next-level quality and precision. 

FIRST SPIRIT, FIRST AWARD
Griffo finally opened its doors in 2015 and entered its first spirit, Scott Street Gin, in the 2016 SF International Spirits Competition. Earning Griffo’s first award, a gold medal. Griffo's scientifically crafted spirits have been winning awards ever since.

INVESTMENT IN GRIFFO’S FUTURE
In 2023, Griffo's co-founders brought in partners, led by CEO Will Maroun, to help expand and grow the business. Now Griffo's award-winning spirits can be shipped to 47 states and counting.
