Griffo x Lagunitas: Still Waldos Single Malt Whiskey 2026

A Joint Collaboration with Lagunitas Brewing Co, Still Waldos is a Single Malt Whiskey made from the 100% barley mash from Lagunitas Waldos Beer mash bill. The Waldos mash is accented with hops in Griffo's custom copper pot still for a deliciously bold and floral flavor profile.

The journey started in 2000 with a heady distillation process, so this 2026 bottling features 6-year aged whiskey in American Oak from famed French cooperage Seguin Moreau.

This unique collab between Lagunitas and Griffo Distillery showcases the creativity and innovation of both companies. A highly limited amount has been set aside for national delivery.
