2oz Griffo Scott Street Gin 

 1oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice 

 .75oz Meadow Land’s Peach Thyme Syrup 

 3-5 drop FloraLuna’s Rose Petal Bitters 

1 egg white or Wonder Foam Cocktail Foamer 

 Sprig of Thyme Soda water (if desired) 

Place the first 5 ingredients into a shaker. Shake at least 45 seconds. Fill a tall glass with ice and use a strainer to pour the drink over the ice. Top with soda water (if desired) and a lemon twist and sprig of thyme.

Garnish with a fresh slice of peach and/or a sprig of thyme
