Ginger, espresso, lime
Make just one or prebatch in a mason jar and refrigerate. Pull it out as the guests arrive, pour a serving or two in an iced shaker, shake it vigorously and strain to a Nick and Nora glass (any glass will do). Garnish with a touch of mint, a candied ginger or a skinny lime peel. Want more richness, add a splash of cream or coconut milk.
