THAI COFFEE


INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Griffo Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur 
 1 oz Fresh lime juice 
 .5 oz Morris Kitchen Ginger Syrup 
 Floraluna's Cayenne Ginger bitters 
 Lime Peel, candied ginger or mint sprig for garnish
HOW TO PREPARE
Combine Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, one dash bitters and ginger syrup in iced mixing glassShake vigorously for at least 45 seconds strain up to Nick and Nora GlassAdd two dashes bittersGarnish with lime, mint or ginger

SERVING 
SUGGESTIONS
Make just one or prebatch in a mason jar and refrigerate. Pull it out as the guests arrive, pour a serving or two in an iced shaker, shake it vigorously and strain to a Nick and Nora glass (any glass will do). Garnish with a touch of mint, a candied ginger or a skinny lime peel. Want more richness, add a splash of cream or coconut milk.
