2 oz Griffo Limited Release Persimmon Vodka
1/2 oz Grapefruit Cordial
1 oz Passionfruit Cordial
1/2 oz Blood Orange and Meyer Lemon Shrub
1 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Club Soda
1/4 oz Campari
HOW TO PREPARE
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Pour into a medium-tall glass over ice and drizzle 1/4 oz Campari on top.
A fruity horizon of persimmon, grapefruit, and passionfruit balanced with the bitterness of Campari.
Slowly drizzle the Campari over the top of your drink for a beautiful layered effect. Serve with a fresh slice of Hachiya Persimmon.
To be enjoyed in the early hours on a distant, tropical beach.
