Terms & Conditions

The Griffo Spirit Club is a four-order minimum commitment. In the event you would like to cancel your subscription before you have received four shipments, you will be charged the equivalent of one quarter's subscription fee.
Two weeks prior to your fulfillment (March, June, Sept, Dec) Griffo will email you the list of that quarter’s options. You will have the opportunity to select from an assortment of spirit-only packages or cocktail kits. If you would like to make any changes you must reply to the survey email and request changes prior to the 1st of the shipment month. If you do not respond with a selection, we will select the items in your fulfillment. Your card will be charged on the 1st of your shipment month.
Griffo will charge the spirit club subscription the quarterly amount unless otherwise communicated plus any applicable taxes to the credit card you provide to us when you consent to enrollment in the spirit club subscription program. We require pick up within 90 days. If your package is not picked up we will refund your card minus a $35 restocking fee. Failure to pickup may result in the cancellation of membership.
Your quarterly spirit club subscription will continue in effect on a quarterly basis unless and until you cancel your spirit club subscription. You must cancel your spirit club subscription before the 1st day of that pickup month in order to avoid being charged for the allotment and to then avoid the $35 restocking fee. You can cancel your spirit club subscription by simply emailing us at info@griffodistillery.com.
All packages set for pick up will need to be picked up from our Tasting Room by a person with a government-issued photo ID confirming they are 21+. State law only allows Griffo Distillery to ship a club package within the state of CA. We will email a reminder when your package is ready for pick-up. If someone else will be picking up your package you must notify us at least 24 hours before by email at info@griffodistillery.com.
Your partner is also entitled to the perks of your membership so long as they present government-issued ID and are listed on this form. You may make changes at any time.
