Grab a drink or grab a few, it's easy to get comfortable in the Barrel Room while lounging among our aging whiskeys. This is our favorite room in the distillery! Camp out on a leather couch and taste through our seasonal cocktail menu. Order some of the beautifully prepared bites from our food partner Stockhome or snack on a charcuterie box.
First time to Griffo? Sample through our spirit collection with a hosted or self-guided spirit tasting. A standard flight is five tastes of your choosing but our knowledgeable staff is happy to make recommendations.
