Whiskey
All Griffo whiskeys start out as grain in the distillery. The grains are selected from the finest producers, prioritizing local and organic wherever possible. We hand mill our grains right into our mash kettle. We utilize an open top fermentation style, which allows us to capture the beautiful yeasts in the air from all of our local breweries and bakeries. We think this gives our whiskey their own "terroir" that makes the flavor both unique and beautiful.
The whiskey is bottled on site and then shared directly with you. Let us know what you think!
