A Joint Collaboration with Lagunitas Brewing Co, Still Waldos is a Single Malt Whiskey made from the 100% barley mash from Lagunitas Waldos Beer mash bill. The Waldos mash is accented with hops in Griffo's custom copper pot still for a deliciously bold and floral flavor profile.
This 2026 release was aged for six years, featuring American Oak from famed French cooperage Seguin Moreau.
